Scripture: Matthew 28:6 – "He is not here; he has risen, just as he said. Come and see the place where he lay."

Reflection: The resurrection of Jesus is the ultimate victory over sin, death, and the grave. Because He lives, we have the power to live a new life, free from the bondage of sin and full of the hope of eternal life. Going ALL IN means walking daily in the victory Christ has already won for us. Are you living as someone who is truly set free?

Illustration: Imagine a prisoner who has been set free but continues to live in a locked cell with the door wide open. Too often, we live as if we are still bound by sin, even though Christ has already broken the chains.

Challenge: Step into the victory Christ has won. Declare His power over any fear, doubt, or struggle in your life today.

Application Questions:

1. In what areas of your life do you need to embrace Christ’s victory more fully?
2. How does the resurrection change the way you approach daily life?
3. What step can you take today to live with resurrection power and boldness?

Prayer Emphasis: Thank God for the victory of the resurrection and ask Him to help you walk in the power of His risen life every day.

Scripture: Luke 9:23 – "Then he said to them all: ‘Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross daily and follow me.’"

Reflection: On Good Friday, Jesus carried the cross for our salvation. He calls us to take up our own cross—dying to ourselves so we can live fully for Him. Are you willing to embrace sacrifice and obedience, no matter the cost?

Illustration: Picture carrying a heavy backpack. Each step forward requires determination. Following Jesus means carrying our cross daily.

Challenge: Take time to reflect on what it means to daily take up your cross. Ask God to help you embrace sacrificial obedience.

Application Questions:

1. What does taking up your cross mean in your life today?
2. What personal sacrifice is God calling you to make?
3. How can you encourage someone else to carry their cross?

Prayer Emphasis: Pray for strength to take up your cross daily and follow Jesus wholeheartedly.

Scripture: John 13:14-15 – "Now that I, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you also should wash one another’s feet. I have set you an example that you should do as I have done for you."

Reflection: Jesus, the King of kings, humbled Himself to serve His disciples. He calls us to do the same. Going ALL IN means laying down pride and serving others selflessly. Who in your life needs to experience the love of Jesus through your humble service?

Illustration: Think of a leader you admire who serves others before themselves. How can you imitate that in your own life?

Challenge: Find one person to serve today—through an act of kindness, a word of encouragement, or a helping hand.

Application Questions:

1. What does humility look like in your daily life?
2. How can you serve someone in need today?
3. Who has modeled Christlike humility to you, and how can you follow their example?

Prayer Emphasis: Ask God for a humble heart that seeks to serve others like Christ.

Scripture: Matthew 26:7-8 – "A woman came to him with an alabaster jar of very expensive perfume, which she poured on his head as he was reclining at the table. When the disciples saw this, they were indignant. ‘Why this waste?’ they asked."

Reflection: The woman with the alabaster jar was willing to pour out everything for Jesus—no matter the cost. Some called it wasteful, but Jesus saw it as worship. Going ALL IN for Christ means loving Him with extravagant devotion. What are you holding back?

Illustration: Imagine breaking open your most prized possession and giving it away as an act of worship. That’s the kind of devotion Jesus desires.

Challenge: Find a way today to show your love for Jesus in an extravagant way—through your time, resources, or worship.

Application Questions:

1. What does true sacrifice for Jesus look like in your life?
2. How can you worship Jesus with your time, talents, and treasures?
3. What is one way you can express extravagant love for Jesus today?

Prayer Emphasis: Pray for a heart that holds nothing back from Jesus and worships Him fully.

Scripture: Mark 11:22-23 – "Have faith in God," Jesus answered. "Truly I tell you, if anyone says to this mountain, ‘Go, throw yourself into the sea,’ and does not doubt in their heart but believes that what they say will happen, it will be done for them."

Reflection: Jesus calls us to a faith that moves mountains—faith that trusts Him completely even in uncertainty. In the midst of a chaotic world, will you go ALL IN and trust God with every challenge, decision, and fear?

Illustration: Imagine standing at the edge of a cliff with a bridge just out of sight. Faith means stepping forward, trusting that God will provide the way.

Challenge: Write down one area where you struggle to trust God. Ask Him today for the faith to believe His promises over your doubts.

Application Questions:

1. What is one area of your life where you need to trust God more?
2. How has God proven Himself faithful to you in the past?
3. What practical steps can you take to grow your faith this week?

Prayer Emphasis: Ask God for the courage to trust Him fully, even when life feels uncertain.

Scripture: Matthew 21:12-13 – "Jesus entered the temple courts and drove out all who were buying and selling there. He overturned the tables of the money changers and the benches of those selling doves. ‘It is written,’ he said to them, ‘My house will be called a house of prayer, but you are making it ‘a den of robbers.’”

Reflection: Jesus cleared out the temple, removing anything that distracted from true worship. Our hearts are the temple of the Holy Spirit, yet we often let distractions, sins, and misplaced priorities take up space. Are there things in your life that need to be overturned so you can fully devote yourself to Christ?

Illustration: Picture your heart as a room cluttered with unnecessary things. What needs to be cleaned out so Jesus has room to dwell fully?
Challenge: Identify one distraction or habit that hinders your faith, and commit to removing it this week.

Application Questions:

1. What distractions most often pull you away from time with God?
2. How can you create a daily habit of keeping your heart focused on Jesus?
3. What is one thing you can remove or reduce this week to grow closer to God?

Prayer Emphasis: Pray for God to reveal distractions in your life and give you the strength to remove them.

Scripture: Matthew 21:8-9 – "A very large crowd spread their cloaks on the road, while others cut branches from the trees and spread them on the road. The crowds that went ahead of him and those that followed shouted, ‘Hosanna to the Son of David! Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord! Hosanna in the highest heaven!'"

Reflection: The people in Jerusalem welcomed Jesus with great enthusiasm, yet days later, many of them turned away. They expected a conquering king, but Jesus came as a suffering servant. Following Jesus requires us to lay down our own expectations and plans at His feet. Are you truly willing to surrender your plans for His?

Illustration: Imagine handing over a map of your life to Jesus and letting Him redraw the path. Would you be willing to go where He leads, even if it's unexpected?
Challenge: Today, pray and ask God to reveal any area of your life where you need to surrender control to Him.

Application Questions:

1. What expectations do you have for your life that might not align with God’s will?
2. How do you respond when God's plans look different from yours?
3. What step can you take today to trust God more fully?

Prayer Emphasis: Ask God to help you surrender your plans and trust in His perfect will for your life.

Scripture: Ephesians 6:10-11 (NASB)
"Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of His might. Put on the full armor of God, so that you will be able to stand firm against the schemes of the devil."

Devotional: Today, we embark on a journey to understand the Armor of God, starting with the belt of truth. Our strength comes from the Lord, and it is in His might that we stand firm. Just as a soldier needs armor for protection in battle, we need spiritual armor to stand against the devil's schemes.

Reflection: Consider the areas in your life where you need God's strength. Reflect on the
importance of relying on His power rather than your own.

Action: Day 1 of PUTTING ON JESUS. Each morning, commit to putting on Jesus as your belt of truth. Read a passage from the Bible to start your day with His Word. You might read a Proverb a day or a chapter a day from the book of Philippians. You might already have a place in Scripture you are currently reading. Or you can download the YouVersion Bible app and find a daily reading plan there. Whatever you do, spend the first part of your day with the Lord and His Word!

Prayer: Lord, help me to stand strong in Your strength. Equip me with Your truth so that I may stand firm against the enemy. Amen.

Scripture: John 8:32
"And you will know the truth, and the truth will make you free."

Devotional: We learned last week about Satan’s strategy, which includes vile sin and vain religion. Satan is the father of lies and loves to hit below the belt. Knowing the truth is our best defense. Truth is not just a concept; it is a person – Jesus Christ. When we know Him, we are set free from the enemy’s deceptions.

Reflection: Identify the lies that you have believed about yourself or your situation. Contrast them with the truth found in God's Word.

Action: Day 2 of PUTTING ON JESUS. Start your day every day this week submitting to the
Lordship of Christ. You choose each day which will lord over your life. It can be Jesus or it will be your flesh! Spend time in prayer, asking Jesus to reveal His truth to you. Read John 8:31-32 and meditate on the freedom that comes from knowing the truth. If you have an area of your life that needs to experience freedom, find a Scripture that relates to that issue and how He gives you freedom from it.

Prayer: Jesus, You are the truth that sets me free. Reveal Your truth to me today and help me to live in that freedom. Amen.

Scripture: Ephesians 6:12-13 (NASB)
"For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the powers, against the world forces of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. Therefore, take up the full armor of God, so that you will be able to resist in the evil day, and having done everything, to stand firm."

Devotional: We are in a spiritual war. Our enemy is not people but the spiritual forces of darkness. God has given us His armor, which includes weapons that are divinely powerful for the destruction of strongholds. The first piece of this armor is the belt of truth. It anchors all other pieces and keeps us from stumbling.

Reflection: Acknowledge the spiritual battle you are in. Reflect on how the truth can help you stand firm in your faith.

Action: Day 3 of PUTTING ON JESUS. Start your day every day this week submitting to the
Lordship of Christ. You choose each day which will lord over your life. Read Ephesians 6:10-18 and visualize putting on each piece of armor, starting with the belt of truth. Ask God to equip you for the battles you face.

Prayer: Father, I recognize that I am in a spiritual battle. Equip me with Your armor and help me to stand firm in Your truth. Amen.

Scripture: Ephesians 6:14 (NASB)
"Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist."

Devotional: The belt of truth is the first piece of armor Paul mentions. It may seem insignificant, but it is crucial because it holds everything together. Truth, as defined in the Bible, is both a person (Jesus) and His Word. Both anchor our lives and keeps us from stumbling.

Reflection: Think about how the truth of Jesus and His Word anchors your life. How does it help you stand firm in your faith?

Action: Day 4 of PUTTING ON JESUS and spending time in His Word. Memorize John 14:6, where Jesus says, "I am the way, the truth, and the life." Let this truth guide your actions and decisions today.

Prayer: Jesus, You are the truth that holds my life together. Help me to live in Your truth and let it guide my every step. Amen.

Scripture: Romans 13:12-14 (NASB)
"The night is almost gone, and the day is near. Therefore let us lay aside the deeds of darkness and put on the armor of light. Let us behave properly as in the day, not in carousing and drunkenness, not in sexual promiscuity and sensuality, not in strife and jealousy. But put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no provision for the flesh in regard to its lusts."

Devotional: Putting on the belt of truth means living in the light of Christ and His Word. It means rejecting sin and embracing righteousness. When we ignore God's Word, everything falls apart. But when we live in His truth, we stand firm.

Reflection: Evaluate your life in light of God’s truth. Are there areas where you need to put aside darkness and put on the light of Christ?

Action: Day 5 of PUTTING ON JESUS and being in His Word. Let this be your habit each day. Let His truth guide your actions and decisions. You might begin journaling and noting what the Lord is teaching you and how he is bringing you victory day by day!

Prayer: Lord, I choose to put on the Lord Jesus Christ and live in Your truth. Help me to make no provision for the flesh and to walk in the light. Amen.
