While CrossFit costs more than your typical gym membership, we believe that the value of what we offer makes it worth every penny.  Our classes offer each of our members personalized attention from trained CrossFit coaches who understand how to move both safely and effectively, keeping you healthy and producing improved results. 

Our coaches, likewise, can modify any of our workouts, in light of someone’s limitations or level of fitness, to make sure everyone gets the most out of each session.  We provide personal attention to all our members (during a class setting) at a fraction of the cost of personal training.  Furthermore, our program is designed by long time CrossFit coaches and trainers, providing an overall workout experience that is balanced and complete.
Apart from these specific, tangible aspects to our program, there are countless other benefits to being a part of a CrossFit gym.
