Signs of the Messiah
w/ Dr. Bruce Dane
This study will look at the 7 miracles recorded in John's Gospel. These will be familiar stories for students of the Bible; John tells us they are to help us see Jesus as the Christ and the Son of God. As we look at these 7 events, we will discover why they are considered signs of the Messiah. What is it about these signs that leads us to believe Jesus is the Christ? How do they reveal to us that He is the Son of God? We can see the miraculous power of God in each, but what does it tell us about our God and our Savior? Beyond anchoring our faith in Christ, we will be seeking to find the significance these signs have for our lives today.
